New bill introduced to eliminate Cuba sanctions.

A new bill has been introduced by Senators Max Baucus, Mike Enzi (R-WY) and Pat Roberts (R-KS) that would allow all sanctions on Cuba to expire one year after the date of enactment of the act unless Congress voted to renew the sanctions. This legislation is modeled after a bill that was passed last year dealing with sanctions on Burma.
