Study Trips & Delegations to Venezuela 2006-2007
What is really going on in Venezuela? What is Venezuela like and what do the Venezuelan people really think of what is happening? Who is Hugo Chavez and why does he keep winning such hotly contested elections? What is the Bolivarian Revolution? What are the Missions in education, public health, community development and social work? Common Ground offers the opportunity to explore these questions with the Venezuelan people themselves.
- Organize a study group from your university or community
- Organize a delegation of people with common interests, such as teachers, public health professional, trade unionists, women activists, community planners, artists, musicians
Common Ground will help you make contact with your counterparts in Venezuela, to see the rich culture and history of Venezuela, and to meet with those involved in the work of the “Bolivarian Peaceful Revolution” and in the “missions”.
